The Creatine Monohydrate in this product has been shown to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
Lions Mane is naturally high in betaglucans and contains hericenones which have been linked to improved cognitive function.
Cordyceps sinensis is high in naturally occurring adenosine compounds linked to ATP production and cellular energy support.
When combined this creates a powerful pre-workout drink designed to support endurance and focus as well as bursts of high intensity exercise.

Ingredients

Creatine Monohydrate 5g per serving (in line with research consensus).
Dual extracted Lions mane from fruiting bodies, 150mg per serving (from 2500mg original raw material).
Hot water extracted Cordyceps sinensis from mycelium, 150mg per serving (from 3000mg original raw material).
Other in descending order: Raspberry extract, Cranberry extract, maltodextrin (for blending, flavour balance and mouthfeel), sucralose (for sweetness) and more mixed berry flavouring.

How to Use?

Mix a heaped teaspoon (7g) with 200-250ml water 30 minutes before exercise. We did not include a scoop to cut down on plastic.
We added dual extract Lion's mane for maximum impact, but it is not 100% soluable. Some settling may occur, simply stir or shake.
Creatine works through long-term muscle saturation, making daily consistency more important than exact timing.
