Shipping policy

At Functional Products, we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. We currently offer delivery to the UK and USA, please see the estimated timings, the costs and free delivery thresholds below.

Delivery Options

  • Standard UK Delivery (Evri) – £1.99 (2–4 working days)

  • Free Standard UK Delivery – Orders over £20 qualify for free standard delivery (2–4 working days).

  • Courier Options (DPD & Yodel) – We may occasionally use DPD or Yodel depending on parcel size, weight, or delivery location.

  • US standard delivery $12.95 typically taking 7-10 business days or $29.95 express (3-5 days). Free standard delivery on orders over $50.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends may be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Notes

  • Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched and can use the tracking page on our website to check in on your shipment.

  • If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated.
