Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase. If there’s a problem or you change your mind, here’s how we handle returns.

Change of Mind

If you order online, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel for a full refund (including standard delivery costs).

-Items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition.

-For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements once the seal has been broken.

-You’re responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

- Within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund or a replacement.

- After 30 days and up to 6 months from delivery, we will offer a replacement first. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will issue a full refund.

- We’ll cover return postage for faulty or damaged items.

A product is considered faulty if it is damaged on arrival, contaminated, expired, incorrectly labelled, contains the wrong product, or has a manufacturing defect.
Please note: Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed—lack of results does not make a product faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@functionalproducts.co.uk with your order number, item, and reason for return.
We’ll reply with instructions, and (if accepted) a return label or the steps to ship your item.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

- Opened supplements (seal broken) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

- Gift cards are non-returnable.

- If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of either receiving the goods back or receiving proof you’ve sent them—whichever is sooner. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
