Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

We do not currently accept:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Cheques
  • Direct bank transfers
  • Cryptocurrency payments

If a method is not visible at checkout, it is not currently supported.

Fees & Charges

  • Functional Performance Company does not apply any extra checkout fees for using supported payment methods.
  • Your bank or card provider may apply their own fees for currency conversion or international transactions — these are outside our control.
  • In the case of returns, some third-party payment fees (such as currency conversion differences) may not be reversible. This depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Payment Security

All payments are processed using secure, PCI-compliant systems provided by Shopify.
 Your payment information is encrypted, protected, and never accessible to Functional Performance Company.
