Functional Consumer Products Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers a Results Guarantee (“Guarantee”) on qualifying supplement programs. If you meet the criteria below and see no improvement—or a regression—in your tracked health markers, we will refund your purchase price in full.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, you must:

2. How to Claim Your Refund
- Email contact@functionalcoffeecompany.com with:

- Confirmation that you meet each eligibility criterion above.

- We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 5 days and may request any additional information.
- Upon verification, we will process your refund through your original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
- Any program completed in less than 30 days (or before its full duration, if longer) or with missing check‑ins voids the Guarantee.
- Refunds apply only to the supplement purchase price and exclude shipping, tax, or handling fees.
- Only one refund is permitted per customer, per supplement program.
4. Modification & Termination
We may modify or terminate this Guarantee at any time; any changes will apply only to purchases made after the change.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
